By Montdor

Tell us a bit about your background

I have a Master’s in Communication, specializing in festivals and how good experiences are created on festivals. Furthermore, I have worked with online marketing focusing on communication, sales and client relations.

What is the most important thing to succeed as a Client Manager in Montdor?

For me, to succeed as a Client Manager, you need to have drive, dedication and a good dose of stubbornness. It is also important to be able to see opportunities within the given frame and limitations, such as budget and time.

How do you view the importance of client relationships?

To me it is absolutely essential in order to run a meaningful business. Clients are your focal point. They are the ones you need to both embrace and challenge every day so that you get the best results. The art is to deliver more than expected, and to do it within the agreed time and budget.

Professionally, what are you most proud of?

I am proud when I see our work come to life in the real world. This is what we are working hard for every single day. Even more if it is a project where we have moved the client in a positive direction instead of just delivering what they asked for.

Which personal trait do you value the most?

My stubbornness.

What is your idea of happiness?

When there is room for both family and work. I would like to continue to develop my professional experience and at the same time be a good mother for my son and a good wife for my husband.
